What Wine Needs

In addition to being stored away from direct sunlight and protected from vibrations, wine must be kept at an optimal temperature (so that it will age at an appropriate pace) and at the right humidity level (to avoid oxidization and mold). Prestige Maintenance Care will install a cooling system that will give your wine room the proper balance of temperature and humidity. We will calculate the heat load, to determine the system that will most efficiently keep the room’s temperature at or just below 55 degrees Fahrenheit, and its humidity level between 50 and 70 percent. That may be a self-contained cooling system or a split cooling system.
